AO5 Advisor – Executive Assistant, International Operations
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced AO5 Advisor – Executive Assistant, International Operations
to join a high-performing government division on a temporary basis for up to six months. Our client is seeking an experienced professional who is available to commence immediately.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, International Operations, this role provides high-level executive, correspondence and administrative support to a senior executive within a globally focused division.
This is a dynamic, dual-function position combining executive support responsibilities with broader operational and divisional coordination. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless workflow management, stakeholder coordination, and high-quality briefing and reporting support.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing confidential executive and administrative support, including complex diary management, travel coordination, expense processing and budget support
- Acting as the first point of contact, triaging and prioritising requests while ensuring professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining workflow tracking systems
- Preparing high-quality briefing materials, submissions, reports and presentations
- Supporting meeting preparation and follow-up, including agenda preparation and action tracking
- Coordinating divisional reporting requirements and monitoring deadlines
- Undertaking light research and providing workflow quality control

Additional Requirements
