About the Company

Davidson are working alongside a State Government department in Brisbane’s CBD seeking a AO4 Executive Assistant for an ASAP start.


About the role:

In this role, you will provide high quality admin support and practical coordination of group programs. This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders, your duties will include:

  • Prepare correspondence and managing inboxes, reports and daily meeting papers
  • Managing complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, meetings, appointments and travel, both domestic and internationally
  • Working closely with the senior stakeholders to ensure the executive office is ran smoothly and functioning efficiently
  • Organising and collating meetings & agendas, documentation, providing confidential minute taking and coordinating follow up actions
  • Provide administrative support to the business manager including monthly invoicing, purchasing and record keeping.


About you:

  • Experience in EA and/or government role
  • High level of administration and secretarial skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and liaise professionally with executive staff, senior manager and staff across government departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel skills requires.
