About the Role/s
This role sits within a dynamic operational team responsible for supporting surveillance and treatment activities, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to continual process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of internal systems and delivering high-quality administrative support across a range of functions.
In this role, you will:
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support, including internal quality assurance and documentation delivery.
- Monitor, edit, and maintain electronic and hard copy records to ensure data integrity in line with departmental standards.
- Raise data issues as required and support decision-making through accurate reporting and data collation.
- Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to manage tasks and non-routine requests within competing priorities and deadlines.
- Support new and inexperienced staff through mentoring and training.
- Acquire and maintain working knowledge of relevant information systems.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to enhance system efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of operational processes and identify inconsistencies in procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders to uphold business efficiency and the positive profile of the Program and the department.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to enquiries and accurately recording information in relevant databases.
- Provide administrative support for treatment and surveillance activities, including appointment and booking generation.
- Export, review, and organize data from systems for escalation to management.
About You
- Experience with GIS mapping systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in mentoring or training staff is advantageous.
- Willingness to participate in system testing and contribute to process improvements.

- $50.37 per hour + Super
- Located in Berrinba (South Brisbane)
