AI Consultant – Generative AI & Adoption
Job Summary
Help organisations move from AI experimentation to practical adoption.
Translate Generative and Agentic AI solutions into tools people understand and use.
Build trusted client relationships while identifying where AI can create further value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day client relationships, understanding business priorities, workflows and challenges while becoming a trusted advisor on practical AI adoption.
- Partner closely with AI Engineers to understand newly developed AI agents and Generative AI solutions, including how they work, where they add value and their limitations.
- Translate concepts including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, RAG and workflow automation into clear, relevant language for business users.
- Deliver practical AI training and enablement across multiple client cohorts, adapting sessions for different functions, use cases and levels of AI maturity.
- Facilitate workshops and demonstrations that help users understand when and how to use AI solutions effectively, while capturing feedback for engineering teams.
- Identify emerging AI opportunities through client conversations and training, helping shape potential pilots, solutions and broader consulting engagements.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience, with the confidence to operate independently across different functions and levels of seniority.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, with exposure to areas such as AI agents, LLMs, copilots, RAG or AI-enabled workflows.
- The ability to understand technical solutions without needing to build them, then explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong facilitation, training and problem-solving capability, combined with commercial awareness and the ability to recognise valuable AI opportunities.
You could come from consulting, technology, digital transformation, product, business analysis, change or enablement. What matters most is your ability to operate comfortably between business and technology, learn quickly and turn complex AI solutions into practical outcomes.
