About the Role
Reporting to the Program Manager and sitting within the AI & Platform Services, this is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping delivery excellence and operational strategy for AI initiatives
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of delivering detailed and accurate business analysis to support strategic initiatives.
You’ll work closely with engineers, AI product managers, and data scientists to ensure alignment and clarity across the lifecycle of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Analysis: Gather, document, and prioritize complex business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Process Design: Develop current and future state business processes to enable transformation.
- Solution Validation: Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet stakeholder needs and deliver measurable value.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for technical, operational, and market challenges.
- Delivery Support: Lead iteration planning, backlog refinement, and monitor progress for smooth delivery.
- Change Management: Facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.
- Collaboration: Run workshops, foster stakeholder alignment, and coach junior team members.
About You
- Extensive experience in business analysis and documentation.
- Strong background in digital transformations
- Any experience with AI, GenAI or Machine Learning will be highly regarded
- Prior experience in software development or online marketplace businesses (highly regarded).
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SQL).
- Ability to manage complex requirements, dependencies, and risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in change management and iterative delivery.
