About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support a major Asset Management transformation program focused on improving the way field operations, work management, inventory, and warehouse functions operate across the business. This role will sit at the intersection of business transformation, operational technology, and delivery leadership, driving Agile ways of working across teams responsible for field workforce management, work order execution, maintenance operations, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
- Lead Agile delivery across Asset Management and operational business functions.
- Drive adoption of Agile ways of working across technology and business teams.
- Facilitate planning, prioritisation, delivery governance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders responsible for:
- Field Workforce Management
- Work Order Management
- Maintenance Operations
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and business leaders in Agile delivery practices.
- Manage delivery roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support the successful delivery of initiatives relating to Enterprise Asset Management systems and operational processes.
- Establish meaningful reporting, delivery metrics, and visibility across programs of work.
- Act as the bridge between operational business users and technology delivery teams.
About You
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or Program Delivery Lead.
- Strong experience delivering transformation initiatives within Asset Management.
- Experience working with:
- Field Management solutions
- Work Order Management systems
- Maintenance Management platforms
- Inventory and Warehouse Management functions
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience implementing and embedding Agile delivery practices across multiple teams.
- Ability to lead delivery while remaining hands-on and outcome-focused.
- IBM Maximo experience.
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform experience.
- Jira and Agile reporting/dashboard experience.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, ICAgile or equivalent.
Experience with IBM Maximo is highly desirable. Candidates with strong exposure to SAP, ERP platforms, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, logistics, supply chain, inventory, or warehouse management solutions will also be considered.
