About the Role
This role combines Agile coaching with tangible delivery impact — ideal for someone who thrives on influencing people and moving work across the line. As the Agile Coach, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to uplift Agile capability and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and with value.
You will:

Coach squads and leaders in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with tailored guidance

Take active responsibility for delivery oversight — monitoring milestones, clearing blockers, and driving velocity

Partner with Product and Tech to align on roadmaps, priorities, and delivery health

Lead Agile ceremonies and embed practices that actually stick

Support the uplift of reporting, metrics, and delivery rhythms at both squad and portfolio level
About You
What you’ll need:

Extensive experience as an Agile Coach or Delivery Lead in complex enterprise environments (banking/FS strongly preferred)

Deep experience with Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model)

Hands-on delivery background — able to step in, steady the ship, and move programs forward

Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Certifications welcome (SAFe SPC, ICAgile), but experience trumps all
