Adobe Martech Analytics Lead – Melbourne
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead to join a rapidly growing Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice. This is a long term contract opportunity based in Melbourne on a Hybrid schedule, offering the chance to lead enterprise-scale Adobe Analytics solutions.
As the Adobe Martech Analytics Lead, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise analytics solutions that drive measurable digital performance and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Adobe CJA and Adobe Analytics implementations
- Design analytics solutions aligned to client strategy, use cases, and industry standards
- Implement and manage Adobe/Google Analytics tagging across web and mobile platforms
- Debug and troubleshoot Adobe data collection and tracking issues
- Create, validate, and interpret segments, events, and custom tracking logic
- Build custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights
- Gather, document, and guide business requirements, KPIs, and technical needs
- Train and enable clients on analytics platforms and best practices
- Leverage data to improve digital performance, reach, and ROI
- Guide teams and clients throughout the full project lifecycle
Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years’ experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics & Adobe Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (jQuery, Node.js), JSON, AJAX, HTML, CSS
- Proven experience integrating Adobe Analytics with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools
- Exposure to Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and AEM is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA) is a plus
- Adobe Marketing Cloud certifications strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
