We are currently seeking 2 to 3 experienced Administrators to join a busy Talent Acquisition team on an immediate start contract. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administration, customer service and computer skills who enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Initially offered as a 6 week contract with potential for extension, these positions will provide essential administrative support to a large Talent Acquisition team during a particularly busy period.

About the Role

Working within a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you will assist with a combination of candidate enquiries, recruitment administration and compliance activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls through a dedicated candidate enquiry hotline
  • Making outbound calls to candidates to follow up on applications and outstanding information
  • Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email
  • Requesting, collecting and uploading candidate documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and compliance administration activities
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records, updating systems and recording detailed notes
  • Directing enquiries to the appropriate Talent Acquisition Partners where required
  • Providing general administrative support across the wider recruitment team

About You

We are looking for proactive, organised individuals who can quickly adapt to a busy environment and confidently manage competing priorities.

To be successful, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, contact centres or recruitment support
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence navigating multiple systems
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence managing a high volume of phone enquiries
  • High attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and compliance requirements
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while speaking with candidates
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently following initial training
  • Immediate availability to commence a contract

Previous experience using SAP SuccessFactors and holding a current Blue Card will be highly regarded.

Recruitment experience is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who can combine strong customer service skills with accurate, detailed administration.

What's on Offer?

  • Immediate start with multiple opportunities available
  • Initial 6 week contract with potential for extension
  • Brisbane based position with initial office training and support
  • Hybrid working arrangements may be available once fully trained, with a minimum of 3 days in the office
  • Opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative Talent Acquisition team
  • Varied role combining candidate engagement, compliance and administration

If you are immediately available, confident on the phone and have strong administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
