About the Role
We are seeking an organised and adaptable Office Administrator to provide all-round administrative support to a busy team. This is a short-term contract starting ASAP, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person in the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing hands-on support where needed. You’ll cover a broad range of administrative tasks, making this role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks to keep the office running smoothly
About You
- Previous experience in administration or office coordination roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
- Competent across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
