About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support a busy project delivery team with documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks. Working within a structured environment, you’ll provide reliable administrative support to ensure project processes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Document Control team with project records and correspondence
- Coordinating document reviews, approvals, and version control
- Formatting and compiling reports in line with corporate templates
- Booking meetings, training sessions, and preparing event logistics
- Assisting with reception coverage on a rotating relief roster
About You
You bring a minimum of two years' administration experience, ideally within a project-based or technical environment. You're highly organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with structured documentation processes and internal systems. You enjoy working in a supportive, fast-paced team and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
