About the Company
Davidson are seeking multiple enthusiastic Administration Officers to provide efficient and effective support services across a dynamic and fast-paced environment within state Government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support including data entry, records management, and document preparation
- Respond to internal and external enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with organisational policies
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics
- Support the broader team with ad hoc tasks to ensure operational efficiency
About You:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with government processes or recordkeeping systems (desirable but not essential)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- A current police check or ability to obtain one (if required)
- Relevant qualifications in business administration (desirable)
