About the Role
Based in Archerfield, this role supports and optimises Oracle-based systems critical to business operations. You will act as the link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring requirements are clearly translated into effective system solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and enhancing Oracle systems across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Managing upgrades, integrations, and performance improvements.
- Leading user training, documentation, and testing to ensure smooth adoption.
- Driving process improvements and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
About You
You’re technically savvy, a problem-solver, and comfortable bridging the gap between business and IT.
You will also bring:
- Experience with Oracle systems (highly regarded).
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate complex ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
