About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning and Execution
- Analyse business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate business processes and system changes.
Defect Management
- Identify defects and issues.
- Log defects using testing tools.
- Work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Retest fixes and confirm resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Developers
- Product Owners
- Operations teams
- Client SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
Delivery Assurance
- Ensure business requirements are met.
- Verify system functionality and data integrity.
- Support project governance and quality standards.
- Contribute to risk reduction during major transformation initiatives.
