About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to step into a busy, high-volume environment. You’ll take ownership of resident-style accounts, managing everything from billing through to collections, while ensuring accuracy across reconciliations and reporting. It’s a hands-on role where attention to detail and confidence in dealing with sensitive accounts will set you apart.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing monthly billings, journals, credits, and payments
  • Managing credit control and following up outstanding accounts
  • Performing account reconciliations and balancing debtor ledgers
  • Preparing aged debtor reports and supporting month-end processes
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and master data
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties as required



About You

You’re someone who knows their way around accounts receivable without needing your hand held. You’re organised, detail-focused, and not afraid to pick up the phone when needed.

You will bring:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
  • Strong reconciliation and balancing skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach
  • Ability to manage your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate skills across Excel and Microsoft Office
