About the Role

This Accounts Receivable Officer role is ideal for someone who enjoys the detail and takes pride in accuracy. You’ll play a key part in keeping the books balanced and the business running smoothly through:

  • Timely and accurate reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
  • Maintenance of the debtor and customer master files
  • Processing and follow-up of debts
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with audit preparation and responding to auditor requests
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Supporting the finance team with general duties and project work as needed


The Benefits

  • $70,000 per annum plus super. Note that this position may also be offered on a casual/temp basis to commence with at an hourly pay rate.
  • Access to up to $18,000 per year in salary packaging benefits (to reduce tax and increase take-home pay)
  • One day per week work-from-home (once competent in the role)
  • Flexible start time from 7.00am daily

About You

You are detail-oriented, dependable, and take ownership of your work. You’ll also bring:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong administrative and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Eligibility for and willingness to attain a Police Check
