This organisation is a well-established provider of community-focused services. Due to a short-term need within their finance team, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join them on a temporary basis.
About the Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounts payable support across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices and matching them to purchase orders
- Managing EFT and BPAY payments in line with payment terms
- Reconciling creditor statements
- Maintaining accurate vendor Masterfile data
- Reviewing and resolving accounts payable queries
- Obtaining authorisation for payments
This is a two-month temporary role with the possibility of extension. The position offers a flexible start time and a supportive team environment.

About You
You are an experienced accounts payable professional with strong reconciliation skills and a keen eye for detail. You bring initiative, integrity, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease. Your communication skills allow you to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and you’re confident using financial systems and spreadsheets.
A current Police Check is required.
