My client, a successful commercial business, is currently looking for an Accounts & Admin Officer to support their finance and administration team, while learning the ropes in a supportive environment.
About the Role
This entry-level role will see you helping with a mix of accounts, administration, and reception duties. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of tasks including invoice processing, reconciliations, client follow-ups, and general office support. It’s a great opportunity for someone early on in their career to develop their finance and administration skills whilst working as part of a stable, professional team.
- Monday to Friday, 8.00am or 8.30am start
- 100% in-office role – professional and modern office environment
- On-site parking provided
- Permanent full-time position
- $60,000 to $65 000 per annum + super (depending on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data entry of supplier invoices
- Helping maintain registers and payment schedules
- Basic reconciliations and reporting
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Maintaining tidy areas
- General office admin and ad-hoc support to the team
What You’ll Bring
- High attention to detail and solid numeracy skills
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- A willingness to learn and a positive, proactive approach
