The need: WorkCover Queensland attracts significant interest from candidates seeking permanent Customer Advisor positions. The need: The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) provides information, advice and regulation to ensure the maintenance of proper building standards and remedies for defective building work. QBCC’s contact centre is large and requires skilled staff that meet the needs of industry participants and the community.
