Workday BA required for financial service client based in Sydney.
- Workday implementation experience being involved in system testing, UAT, cutover & Go-live activities.
- Knowledge of relevant Workday modules would be a significant advantage.
- HCM implementation, data migration & integration functional experience.
- Minimum 7+ years' Workday experience along with deep expertise in one or more modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Learning, Talent, Advance Compensation etc.
- Experience with HRIS/HCM Systems (SAAS) implementations working closely with implementation partners/vendors.
- Experience working in a Workday Admin role - Security Admin, Business Process Admin etc.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-changing environments
- Experience in data mapping and advanced excel skills.
- Experience and knowledge of Wealth business & processes would be an advantage
