About the Role
The role will suit someone who is passionate about training or L&D. You will play the role as training coordinator responsible for setting up training events, managing delegates attendance, sending out any pre training materials. You will assist the training team with the "day to day" operations of a busy training function. The role may require a little bit of travel as the team roles out programs across Australia.
The training programs are mostly technolgy related (microsoft, M365, etc) but they also run a number of platforms such as Workday and Kronos.There is not a requirement to know these technologies but if you are tech savvy and have a good level of MS Office competency that would be desirable.
The team will train the coordinator to be able to conduct training sessions be that 1:1 , group audience or virtual. You will have a keen interest in working with people and have an outgoing manner with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You may already be a Junior IT trainer who is looking to develop with a world class business who are very well known across Australia.
The role is for an initial 6 months but there is a very good chance this role will extend longer term if the candidate applies themselves in the role.
