About the Company
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for one of the leading education providers in Australia. With head office located centrally within Brisbane, this role will offer work from home flexibility once established to continue the exceptional student graduation and employment rate. As a Trainer & Assessor you will provide training and support for a range of qualifications and short courses in Fitness, Business, Community Services, Health, and Dental.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the above-mentioned qualification area's through online support and practical tasks (role play and student interview)
  • Improve students' learning experience to enable student success
  • Provide encouraging and tailored feedback to support student progression
  • Support development of training and assessment strategies
  • Participate in validation, moderation and mapping activities


About You

The Successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Prior Training and Assessment experience preferably in one of the above relevant industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to complete a Trainer and Assessor demonstrating Vocational Competency
  • Professional Association Accreditation/membership with a relevant industry association
