Are you a Receptionist/Administrator in-between permanent roles or looking for casual work in a number of fantastic work environments?
We currently have a number of short-term temorary assignments in upcoming months, starting from the 23rd of March.

About the Role
These assignments will be diverse, acting as both the receptionist as well as supporting the business through ad hoc duties. This includes but is not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Booking meeting rooms
- Stationary and catering ordering
- Printing and filing of documents.
- Supporting the Senior leaders (as and when) will include arranging meetings, travel bookings and itineraries and credit card reconciliations.
You will have Receptionist experience, exceptional communication, a pro-active and positive nature and exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.

- $28.50 Per Hour Plus Super
