Job Description

About the Role

  • Review, manage and prioritise support tickets and calls
  • Collaborting across a large portfolio with expert Digital professionals
  • This is part of a large migration to a new digital platform

About You

  • Excellent CMS skills ideally knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager but other CMS experience welcomed
  • 3 years experience working in a Helpdesk capacity
  • Able to take responsibility of job tickets end-end
  • Excellent communicator, able to walk through internal stakeholders through any issues/problems
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation
  • Digital experience welcomed
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
