You'll be responsible for resolving support issues, raising problem records, escalating issues when necessary and providing exceptional customer service support. Skills & Experience:
- Recent experience with (Infor M3) ERP in finance, logistics, manufacturing and planning
- Experience with troubleshooting providing level 1 and 2 support
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL with Certification
You will need to be a great team player, enjoy following process and assisting in the organisations process improvement. Most importantly, they need you to be eager to adopt new technologies and continue to learn. You will be a quick learner and have the ability to work well under pressure.
