About the Role
As the Superannuation & Payroll Reporting Officer, you will ensure the timely provision of superannuation payment data to enable the group to fulfil governance and statutory requirements, ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with relevant Awards and Agreements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manipulation of data using MS Excel to provide reports, using advanced Excel functions such as VLookup, Pivot Tables and SUMIF.
- Lodgement of Superannuation including Returned Superannuation, Portable Long Service Leave, Income Protection and employee deductions.
- Responding to requests from, and provision of data to, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
- Superannuation and Contributions reporting
- Compliance and Auditing
We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills, clear communication and a high level of accuracy and detail. Ideally you will have knowledge of superannuation legislation, and knowledge of superannuation and contributions procedures and systems. It is essential to have an advanced understanding of MS Excel.
