About the Company
Davidson are partnered exclusively with a well known telecommunications brand who have an immediate start for a customer service scheduler to work as part of a dynamic team in their Service Centre. This role is busy and fast paced and requires exceptional customer service and the ability to assign and coodinate jobs to field staff. This is a permanent, full time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

About the Role

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls and take action
  • Assignment of all jobs to field staff - both open and pending queue
  • Logging call details into system and updating records
  • Processing sub-contractor invoices
  • Raising orders
  • Follow up jobs and queue management
  • Scheduling work and interacting with technical personnel
  • Support the business with ad-hoc administration
  • Use of Excel for reporting - pivot tables & data manipulation

About You

  • Scheduling experience is highly desirable
  • Able to priortise, organise and keep track of multiple work streams
  • Skilled in managing high volume calls with customers, suppliers and technical staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word
