About the Company
Our client is a government agency with a great contracting environment, seeking two Service Management Analysts.

About the Role
This Service Management Analyst will be apart of a Service Management uplift project and will be responsible for:

  • Providing analysis to support the Service Management Uplift project
  • Providing documentation around uplift processes and procedures
  • Providing ITSM analysis and expertise in the maturity uplift of the ITIL processes
  • Ensuring BA deliverables align to the standards and expectations
  • Supporting continuous improvement and working with the various teams
  • Helping stakeholders achieve organisational goals and objectives

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A relevant tertiary IT qualification
  • A strong background in Service Management and analysis
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Great verbal and written communication when dealing with team members and stakeholders
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in ITSM and ITIL in regards to process implementation, best practice, user training and Incident Management
