About the Company
Our client is seeking a Service Desk professional to join them on an exciting new project of work.

About the Role
The Service Desk Analyst will be tasked with:

  • Providing excellent customer service (level 1&2)
  • Providing top notch communication
  • Resolving and troubleshooting issues
  • Managing incident and request queues
  • Providing a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM
  • Working under pressure with conflicting priorities
  • Working on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 7pm

About You

To be successful in this role:

  • You will be a quick learner by nature
  • You will have a strong background in a Service Management
  • You will have an excellent understanding of identification of critical situations that require immediate escalation
  • You're a good team player
  • You're strong in Service Now
  • You're proficient in Microsoft products and have worked in a Windows environment
  • You have proven level 1 support experience
  • You have a background in ITIL and ITSM (preferably ITIL certified)
  • You have good technical experience across AD, Exchange, Win10 and SCCM
