Job Description

As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing service deliverables, contributing to the planning and implementation of projects including defining the scope and requirements, maintaining and documenting service catalogues, engaging with stakeholders to negotiate service level requirements and agreed levels, planning, initiating and managing contracts, conducting procurements, overseeing and planning resource allocation and work packages, managing risks and issues and communicating formally and informally on the progress.

To be successful in this role you will possess

  • Currently holidng NV1 clearance (or have the ability to obtain)
  • Proven AGILE IT Project / Programme delivery experience
  • Defence experience beneficial
  • Proven management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with people at all levels of the business
  • An ability to lead others with a focus on coaching and development
  • Experience gained from within the financial services industry
  • Must be a strong problem solver and pro-active in identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Passion for delivery
  • Enjoys working and collaborating with people
