About the Role
As the Service Coordinator, your main task is to schedule in blue-collar trade services for customers. You will liase with customers and technicians with regards to scheduling jobs. You will create job orders, process timesheets and allocate labour and materials costs to each job, ready for invoicing. You must be system savvy and able to work your way around a database and Excel spreadsheets.
You must have excellent organisational ability, coupled with a polite and professional phone manner. Previous experience in scheduling tradesman would be an advantage.
