About the Company
Our client is an established trade services supplier to residential and industrial customers and they have been providing exceptional customer service for many years. Due to expansion and the success they have had in attracting new customers, a vacancy for a Service Coordinator is now available in their busy Installations & Service department.
This is a temporary position until March 2021, with the potential to become permanent.
About the Role
Your duties will be varied and may include:
- Scheduling of technicians
- Providing quotations
- Parts ordering
- Administration support to the sales team
- Processing payments, including via EFTPOS
- Arranging deliveries for installations
This is a fast-paced environment and can be stressful at times, so you'll need to be resilient, proactive and resourceful. You'll have a fantastic team and management to support you.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be an outgoing, positive and energetic individual with a "can do" attitude. You will have exceptional communication skills, patience and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment, with scheduling experience.
