About the Agency
The Australian Digital Health Agency is responsible for national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation and clinical quality and safety. Our focus is on putting data and technology safely to work for patients, consumers and the healthcare professionals who look after them.
About the Role
This role reports to the Program Director, Digital Programs and Engagement Division, Project and Program Delivery Branch.
The Division leads community engagement, engaging and developing partnerships with a range of key stakeholders to promote awareness, understanding and adoption of the national digital healthcare system, ensuring the Agency programs consider the needs of clinical and consumer stakeholders to deliver the outputs necessary to realising program outcomes and benefits. These stakeholders include Commonwealth Agencies, software vendors, State and Territory jurisdictions, private hospitals, primary health networks, clinical peak bodies, and consumer peak bodies.
The Senior Project Manager leads and manages project teams to develop, deliver, monitor, and evaluate projects, to achieve project outcomes, and organisational objectives.
The position provides project management expertise across the projects to ensure project and program outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope in line with established Agency project management methodology.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to successfully plan and manage large scale, complex projects in a healthcare ICT environment, using a formal project management approach.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and engagement skills with a demonstrated track record of achievement in building and maintaining productive partnerships to deliver successful projects in a matrix organisation.

The total remuneration package for this position is EL1 $122,716 - $139,959 (including superannuation).
