An exciting opportunity now exists to join this dynamic and collaborative organisation as their next Senior Manager Asset Management. Reporting to the future focussed, contemporary General Manager Sustainable Infrastructure, this is your opportunity to develop and operationalise a leading-edge Asset Management Strategy and Infrastructure Planning Strategy that optimise whole of lifecycle investment and delivery programs. In conjunction you will develop an innovative customer centred and risk based Asset Management framework while leading the digital enablement of Asset Management systems to drive optimised savings and efficiencies that deliver best practice customer and community value. Concurrently you will build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships while providing empowering leadership to an effective and collaborative team.
To be considered for this enviable opportunity, SA Water are seeking a strategic contemporary leader with a thirst for pushing boundaries that drive future focused efficiencies and service excellence. You demonstrate considerable experience working in an organisation that has a significant asset base with extensive knowledge of strategic infrastructure asset management and systems planning and you are proficient at linking whole of lifecycle: strategy, operations and customer outcomes. You demonstrate extemporary communication skills and are adept at establishing credible and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and you are highly regarded for your people leadership and focus on driving high performance and collaboration in your teams.
