About the Company
As a privately-owned IT asset lifecycle management company with high-security facilities in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, they provide services across the technology lifecycle from purchase to disposal.

Your focus will include:

  • Key focus on acquiring new business
  • Sourcing new clientele from businesses (200+ seats) / enterprises customers within Victoria
  • Assisting business/enterprise customers with the managed deployment of ICT services (i.e. principally laptops, desktops, monitors and ICT services) and then through Greenbox leadership in R2 (Responsible Recycling) aid in the disposal and then possible commercial returns via the purchase of their redundant equipment
  • Prospecting for new market and business opportunities to grow Greenbox market share in the state of Victoria
  • Take a leadership role in commercial negotiations with key customers
  • Promoting brand and product awareness with promotional activities
  • Executing ad-hoc projects or activities as required


About the Role
This is a key customer-facing role where you will run Enterprise accounts by building and acquiring new business, based in Melbourne where 80% of your role will be responsible for opening new opportunities and 20% maintaining existing relationships with the current customer base whilst also looking to maximise revenue opportunities. Working with a highly motivated Head of Sales you will be part of an exciting business growth transformation.


About You

  • Professional sales background having sold IT/lifecycle services into tier 1 clients.
  • Proven background in ITAD / ICT Lifecycle Management / Circular economy experience
  • Experienced in selling into enterprise-level accounts across government, banking, financial services, education, corporate and partners
  • Strategic with a strong sense of execution with the ability to plan, action, realise and achieve
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with responding to and managing tender responses
  • Aligns to values such as quality, teamwork, respect, trust, honestly, reliable, go beyond and fair go
  • Self-starter who is driven with a strong sales rigor looking for an opportunity to grow your career
