About the Role
- Provide Business Analysis support for Technology Integration to facilitate a successful merger.
- Consult business and ensure information documentation, analysis and recommended improvements are provided to generate the efficiency's expected
- Working closely with governance, architecture, system integrators, developers, business representatives and project team members to deliver business outcomes
- Dissemination of current functions, processes, systems & tools to produce requirements
- Experience refining business requirements in both Waterfall and agile forms
- Experience assessing, planning, and implementing IT integration activities
- A strong background in process modelling and business process improvement
- Stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of the organisation from senior business representatives, through to the technical teams
- Freedom to work from home 5 days per week
