Our client is a progressive and growing community services based organisation which provides a broad range of critical services to thousands of Victorians every year. Employing over 350 staff across multiple sites, they are recognised as an effective and collaborative partner in their sector and are committed to further enhancing and possibly even expanding their current offering to their community. With an ambitious and highly committed Board, they are financially sound and are seeking their next inspirational CEO to realise their current Strategic Plan and deliver improved health outcomes for their customers and community now and into the future.
Reporting to the Chairperson and Board, the CEO will provide visionary and empowering leadership to the organisation, ensuring the continuation of a highly engaged, values-driven and motivated culture. Working closely with the executive leadership team, the CEO will drive growth, continue the development of services and identify potential opportunities and partnerships in line with their strategic direction. This will include the execution of a significant internal transformation project currently underway as well as external advocacy and strategic positioning for the organisation under future funding changes with government.
With executive experience in leading a complex multidisciplinary organisation, the successful CEO will thrive on delivering solutions and opportunities that create improved outcomes for customers. As the face of the organisation you will bring highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with and partnering with a range of clients, all tiers of government, regulatory bodies and the community. The ability to work successfully with complex funding models and changing funding priorities in the sector is vital. Conceptual and analytical thinking, demonstrated business acumen and the ability to embed innovative, client-focused technology solutions into the operations of the organisation will contribute to the success of this role.
