Salesforce Dev - Environment (Azure) Devops Lead

About the Company

A global funds management company, engaged on a transformation of systems and processes, has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Devops Environment (Azure) Lead to troubleshoot across teams and plan and deliver CI/CD work packages for future phases and deployments

About the Role

• Configuration and management of integrated environments across the development streams (including; Salesforce, Integration - Mulesoft and Anaplan)
• Coordinating deployments and releases to integrated environments through CI/CD pipelines
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines developed in Azure DevOps
• Utilising a strong knowledge of Salesforce to effectively plan and coordinate work packages to the technology project resources ensuring the solution is delivered on schedule
• Triaging defects raised in System Integration Test (SIT) phases related to environment configuration
• Supporting testing and managing defect resolution and client useability ensuring that the business requirements are correctly translated into the technical solution
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting progress of technical deliverables and ensuring alignment to project schedule
• Managing IT risks and issues and escalating early where required
• Coordinating the transition to BAU

About You
Experience should include:

• Substantial prior experience in a Lead Technical Role
• 3+ years' Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years' DevOps and release management experience - possibly within Dev role (including environment management)
• Experience in Agile and Hybrid delivery teams
• In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and promote positive morale across the team
• Ability to communicate complicated solutions to business users and stakeholders
• Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience with automated CI/CD for Salesforce on Azure DevOps
