My client has been established here in Australia for over 20 years, an International Company who are now looking to grow their presence in NSW. This is an autonomous role for an experienced Trade and Retail Key Account Executive who will be selling custom design flooring products into the NSW region. The primary purpose of this position is to develop strong relationships with flooring contractors and retailers. This innovative business values each individual customers needs and strives to deliver the very best products in a cost-competitive fashion.
About The Role
Being accountable for the sale of a large portfolio of products to clients in NSW, the Key Account Executive will also be responsible for gross profit and customer development within a geographical market segment. The role also requires cooperative work with the General Manager, National Sales Manager, Sales Representatives and Customer Service Staff so a collaborative attitude and willingness to be part of a bigger team is required.

- Product and Technical proficiency
The role is an on-road sales position and is the opportunity for a strong performer that is self-driven and passionate about providing excellent service to their customer base. Based in the building and construction industry this will be the opportunity for an experienced trade and retail salesperson to make a name for themselves in this rewarding industry.
What you will bring to the role
The successful candidate will be motivated, energetic and passionate about business to business sales, plus highly skilled in their communication with both customers and peers. You must also be adept in time management, negotiation and presentation skills.
