Davidson have partnered exclusively with Hi-Quality Group, a highly reputable, privately owned Australian family company, to source an experienced, motivated and results oriented Sales Executive to help drive sales and grow market share.

About the Company
Hi-Quality specialises in quarry operations, resource recycling, landfills, waste treatment, and transport and logistics, with operations across NSW, ACT, Victoria and Queensland. About The Role
Based in Sydney, the Sales Executive will proactively seek new business opportunities and leads whilst also providing exceptional service and support to existing clients. This role will primarily support the Tipping and Demolition business - concrete, asphalt, bricks and other demolition materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively source new business
  • Grow the business through converting leads into sales
  • Manage customer accounts through the retention and generation of revenue
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to all sales and customer service enquiries in a timely, professional and accurate manner, via face to face, telephone and/or other electronic means
  • Develop good working relationships with both internal and external contacts
  • Assist in the achievement of sales targets by meeting/exceeding personal sales goals
  • Develop good working relationships with both internal and external contacts

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous demonstrated sales experience in a relevant industry - demolition, tipping, road base, rocks, aggregate, sand, soil, quarrying etc
  • Have a track record maintaining and expanding a customer/client base through outstanding sales and customer service
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and demonstrate excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding phone manner and be confident liaising with both colleagues & clients
  • Be a self-starter looking for a challenging and rewarding position
  • Exceptional honesty, integrity and reliability
