About the Role
This role will work across a diverse remuneration portfolio to deliver high-level advice and governance of best practice processes. Acting as the provide SME within the People team you will drive the delivery of benchmarking, approvals, reporting & analysis as well as developing resources and tool kits the broader business.
This capability is required immediately. To be successful in this assignment you will draw on your experience in leading a complex remuneration framework in a very large, public or privately held organisation with a dynamic and diverse workforce.
