About the Role
Due to growth within our business Davidson is currently seeking a passionate Recruitment Team Leader to join our Technology team in Sydney. This role will require you to bring your strong background in Digital/Software Development recruitment, sales and management to a fun and vibrant team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and taking action to develop strategic relationships with our clients. Alongside the team leadership and development of a team of Recruitment Consultants.

Duties

  • Identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining a pipeline of roles/talent within the Digital/Software Development sector
  • Deliver on workplace performance for existing and new Davidson clients
  • Actively lead a team to ensure all opportunities within consultants micro-specialisations are maximized and drive the delivery of consultant outputs
  • Performance management and succession planning for team to promote team engagement and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain strong Business Development focus following qualified leads and actively pursuing current clients for opportunities

About you
We are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for recruitment, hands-on experience in leading/mentoring a team of subject-matter-experts within a recruitment or consulting environment and a background in successfully leading and coordinating concurrent recruitment priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to build meaningful relationships and work collaboratively with clients in delivering workplace performance and have a strategic flare in approaching and delivering Business Development.
