About the Company
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We are currently recruiting an Recruitment Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast paced HR Team.

About the Role

  • Provide generalist administrative support for the Talent team
  • Coordinating candidate pre-employment medicals, national police checks and reference checks;
  • Pre-screening job applicants;
  • Assisting Hiring Managers with use of the recruitment system (Comensura and Workday);
  • Arranging interviews with Hiring Managers;
  • Co-ordination of the on-boarding of successful candidates;
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders;
  • Maintaining effective communication and correspondence with internal and external key stakeholders;
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects, initiatives, tasks

    About You
    Along with an energetic, 'can do' and pro-active attitude, you will also have the following:
  • Previous experience working in a recruitment or on-boarding role;
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team;
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills;
  • A strong working knowledge of recruitment end to end process; and
  • Experience using Workday recruitment system, desirable;
