Recruitment Consultant - Business Support (BNE)
Imagine being placed on a wildly successful business support desk within our Brisbane Corporate recruitment and consulting team! This, accompanied with inheriting several current contracts will get you up and running in no time. Further, you'll enjoy the support of a team with a history of strong client relationships and a wider national team. Our Corporate scope includes Accounting & Finance, Business Support, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications and Sales.
In this role, you will manage existing contracts and focus on building upon your portfolio within the business support sector. You will engage with a range of clients and candidates, therefore your ability to present and represent our Davidson brand at any level is imperative.
You will be joining a team of highly experienced and respected group of professionals. With significant support through best-practice training and professional development as well as expert advice and support in establishing your profile throughout the market and through social media, you will be set up to succeed.
You will inherit active contractor's base and be working with some of Brisbane's best Preferred Supplier Accounts as their trusted business partner.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity ideally you will have between 1-3 years' experience recruiting within the business support sector, or alternatively you have been a HR professional who is seeking a career change and is comfortable developing networks and working closely with clients to build lasting relationships.
In this role you will utilise your collaborative approach to working with peers and clients, effective communication and a commitment to professional excellence. You are a self-starter who shows initiative, has a high level of integrity, are well organised, with sound commercial acumen, results driven, quality focussed and driven to evolve and develop.
- Proven experience as a business support consultant;
- Proven ability to build networks and grow a portfolio of clients within the corporate sector;
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the stakeholder community;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage upwards to achieve required results;
- Strong attention to detail.
