About the Company
Davidson Recruitment are a preferred supplier for Government sectors who are recruiting now across the Local, State and Federal levels. A position has become available for an experienced Reception / Administration Assistant. This role is contract opportunity based on the south side of Brisbane.
*You MUST be available to work between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm and be flexible with shift times.
About the Role
- Greeting and receiving all customers warmly and providing them with appropriate information.
- Providing timely and accurate resolutions for all customer queries and complaints.
- Providing a high-level of administrative support to the business to ensure successful outcomes.
- High-volume email correspondence, inbox management and accurate record keeping abilities.
- MUST have your own transport and the ability to work between locations on the south side of Brisbane.
- Proven experience in customer service and administration roles in a government setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A resilient individual with the ability to manage the needs of all stakeholders.
- Have an exceptional work ethic and be able to achieve results with minimal supervision.
