About the Role

  • Responsible for assisting and monitoring the quality of software development and processes
  • Responsible for the provision of expert level quality management support services of complex and critical quality issues
  • Responsible for the reporting of service quality, SLA and KPI outcomes.
  • Working closely with the Quality Manager to govern and track service level efficiencies and mentor teams to ensure quality controls and standards are adhered too.
  • This role will be accountable for monitoring a quality assurance knowledge database and transitioning IP across a broad pool of resources to ensure there is no single point of dependency.
  • Responsible for administration management of testing and services related applications across Technology.

About You

  • Experience within the analytic and reporting space
  • Excellent data extraction, reporting & presentation skills
  • Highly developed conceptual thinking & problem solving skills
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking and define future road maps for service management & engineering
