You will be an experienced Project co-ordinator with good project management disciplines on large projects/ programs with knowledge of corporate or program management standards (Prince2 methodology). You will have a careful eye for detail, exceptional presentation skills and strong stakeholder communication!

Your responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain project files
  • Establish document control procedures
  • Collect actuals data and forecasts and perform accruals
  • Update plans
  • Administer or assist quality review processes
  • Administer or assist project meetings
  • Contribute expertise in specialist tools and techniques (for example, planning and control tools, risk analysis)
  • Maintain records
  • Administer the configuration management procedure
  • Conduct configuration audits

About you:

  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of specialist tools and techniques
    • SharePoint Online
    • MS Office suite
    • MS Project
  • Knowledge of corporate or program management standards
  • Prince2 Foundation certifcation
  • Experience working within Waterfall methodology
