About the Company
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator located in Parramatta as required, the majority of the roll will be working from home.

About the Role
Support the delivery of Building Maintenance, building upgrades and Building works. You will be working with high level project managers to deliver a range of assigned infrastructure projects. You will manage small scale infrastructure projects with low to medium risk and complexity for time, cost, quality, safety, environmental targets and business objectives.

About You

  • Back ground in Building, Project Management, Architecture, related Engineering discipline or suitable studies with construction site experience
  • Building project management delivery skills or construction site experience preferable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills essential
  • High level of autonomy required
  • Ability to understand and apply risk assessments for site hazard controls to effectively manage site safety
  • Well-developed time management skills, prioritisation, good computer skills and excellent team work expertise
  • A valid NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive

    The Benefits
  • Working from Home - attending the office on a need basis
  • 12 month contract with the potential to extend
  • 7 hr days @ 35 hours per week
  • $40 - $45 per hour + Super depending on experience
