About the Role

Your role will be varied, as you provide administrative and accounts support to your team. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Management of Stock
  • Coordination of Stocktakes
  • Coordination of Deliveries
  • Monthly Progress Claim Invoicing
  • Raise and coordinate Purchase Orders to suppliers for goods required for site deliveries
  • Invoicing
  • End-of-month reconciliations
  • Receipting Purchase Orders from suppliers for consumables

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a positive and energetic individual with a "can do" attitude. An accounts background, coupled with experience within a project environment would be ideal. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
