They boast an impressive client base and deliver solutions including the design and construction of permanent buildings, establishment of remote workforce accommodation and the hire of buildings for short or medium terms use. To capitalise on market conditions that indicate significant growth opportunities, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager focusing on new revenue streams to join the team.

About the Role

Working closely with the General Manager, Strategic Sales and Marketing, this role will contribute significantly to the company's overall growth development strategy. Key duties will include:

  • Conduct customer research in key growth areas to determine opportunities
  • Build business cases for further exploration of key opportunities
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for each priority project
  • Deliver market requirements, documents and product requirements, and corresponding justification
  • Work alongside engineering, operations, sales and finance to identify, test, iterate and launch new products
  • Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Engage customers throughout the development cycle and bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

About You

This role will suit a self-motivated individual with a versatile nature who has the ability to work with changing work requirements and demands. Ideally you will have extensive experience in delivering commercially successful products or services in a B2B environment, with demonstrated success in defining and launching products. Key to success in this role will be your ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders to secure investment and adopt a client centric approach, with the ability to adapt and deliver solutions based on customer needs. This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a competitive remuneration package including incentives. Previous experience in construction or related industries will be highly regarded.
